My last post seems to have caused confusion to some - all classes are running the same just not taking anyone new until after christmas.

You may have noticed that there are no new classes advertised on the website and social media other than the 'in depth' Metal workshop coming up this Saturday - this is due to looking at ways to improve classes in the New Year. I have decided that I will no longer be teaching Tai Chi other than the Monday night class or by private lesson so Monday morning will revert to a Chi Kung class for those who may have mobility difficulties with exercises adapted likewise. There will also be a short tea break on this one, something which is not included in the other classes. If you would like to have a taster session on one of our Chi Kung classes in November and December let me know and I will send you more information.

I have emailed the people starting our 10 Week Tai Chi course on Wednesday evening but this is in case you haven't seen it - There are security gates in operation at the business centre after 7 o'clock so don't panic if you arrive and they are closed - I will be looking out for you to open them up.
