At The Pines, people are supported to grow their independence, make choices, and live full and active lives. Whether that’s developing new communication tools, staying connected with loved ones, or being supported to achieve personal goals, the team are making every moment matter. 💗

A huge well done to Service Manager Chloe and the whole team – your care, commitment and compassion shine through every day and this rating is a true reflection of that.

Matthew has just achieved something very close to his heart. With his support worker Jade and the Kingarth team, he was able to travel to Blackpool and scatter his grandad’s ashes – a wish he’d held onto for a long time💛

The team made sure the day was planned in a way that felt right for Matthew, giving him the chance not only to reach this special goal but also to enjoy a wonderful day at the Pleasure Beach along the way. His mum shared how much it meant to both of them, and it’s a memory that will last forever.

We’re over the moon to announce that Daisy Meadows has officially opened its doors in Littlehampton, West Sussex, this week, and has already welcomed its very first supported person. 🌼 Daisy Meadows is a new supported living service that features six beautifully finished, self-contained flats.

A massive thank you to our outstanding Business Development Team for delivering such a wonderful building and making Daisy Meadows a reality. There’s nothing quite like the moment when a new project transforms into a warm, welcoming home – it’s a feeling that never gets old.

With each new opening, we’re reminded that, together, we can overcome any obstacle and create homes with heart that genuinely change lives.

Here’s to many happy years ahead for the people who will call Daisy Meadows home, and to the amazing team supporting them to make every moment matter.

Get your party hats on, it's Blakeney House's Birthday! 🎂

Our colleagues at Blakeney House got their party hats on this month to celebrate their 20th birthday in style, with colleagues past and present, people we support, friends, and family all gathered together to mark the occasion with a day of fun (and lots of emotions!)

Thank you to our amazing team, and a special shout-out to party planner extraordinaire Lisa, who planned, decorated, and cooked up a storm to make the day a roaring success.

Darren had been asking for some time to go to the football – so of course, the team at Polwell Lane made it happen! 🙌

With support from football-fan Mel, and after making sure the stadium was fully accessible, Darren was all set for a brilliant day out. He picked up his matchday programme, cheered on his local team, and as you can see from his beaming smile - he absolutely loved it. 😍

And to make things even better… they only went and won the match! 🎉👏

The people we support at Ty Hendy had the incredible honour of welcoming David Smith OBE, Paralympic Boccia champion and Britain’s most successful Boccia athlete with 5 medals, including 3 golds! 🥇🥈

They enjoyed hearing David’s inspiring journey, holding his medals, and even taking part in a Boccia masterclass before playing some fun games together🎯 Everyone had a fantastic time and are raring to join their local Boccia club now!

A huge thank you to David for visiting – what an amazing experience for all at Ty Hendy🙌
