Join our Yoga Circle, an intimate session exploring posture, breath, and subtle energy. Each month we focus on a specific pose or theme, gently unpacking how it works in the body and how it connects with awareness and energy.

The practice may include mudra, breathwork, and guided meditation, allowing you to move mindfully, deepen your connection, and nurture body, mind, and energy.

This is not a flowing class, and there are no sun salutations — instead, we move slowly, mindfully, and intentionally.
