✨ Meet our Spring Equinox Soma Breath Facilitator – Sam Adey ✨

For our Spring Equinox Workshop on 20th March in Tiptree, I’m really happy to be collaborating with Sam Adey, who will be guiding us through a nourishing Soma Breath experience.

Sam is a skilled and compassionate facilitator who creates a safe, supportive space to explore the breath as a powerful tool for relaxation and nervous system regulation. Her sessions are grounding and restorative, helping you reconnect with your body and inner balance.

🌬 What is Soma Breath?
Soma Breath is a guided breathing practice combining rhythmic breathing, music and mindfulness. It supports nervous system regulation and often leaves people feeling calmer, clearer and more energised.

At the Spring Equinox, a time of balance, renewal and new beginnings, this practice offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, reset and realign 🌱
