Today, Friday 20 June, is Employee Ownership Day – did you know we are employee owned?
As an employee-owned organisation, our colleagues are at the heart of every decision we make. This means we all share a stake in our success, creating a powerful sense of pride and a shared commitment to making a meaningful difference every day.
Many don’t realise we’re employee owned – but it is a core part of what makes us unique, and that is definitely worth celebrating.
This year, the The eoa is shining a spotlight on their inspiring theme – an unstoppable force to deliver people powered growth.
Join us in celebrating the power of employee ownership and the positive impact it creates for our colleagues, our organisation and the communities that we serve.
