Massage Therapy for stress reduction, relaxation and re-energising.

I recognise and acknowledge being out of balance and my solutions involve self care.

1 ✨My homemade “Coconut Toffee” infusion is a lovely medium to use for self massage therapy. My Tense muscles are reduced, everywhere I can reach and I get the additional benefits of coconut oil, Turkish coffee and turmeric on my skin and within to core level.

2✨ My Brown sugar scrub is a natural and gentle exfoliating scrub that partners well with a warm bath or shower. Leaving skin, baby soft, cleansed and re-energised.

3 ✨Moisturising is key, to smooth, soft and healthy skin. And this beauty is from my chums at . This is a great find, it smells great, is super absorbent and tackles any dry skin issues.

To transcend a current manifestation and evolve into harmony, a different practise from the usual is required. The is certainly hugely beneficial, at this point in time.

Today, I shall talk about “Loving Healing Readings”

Do you need help in a particular area of your life? To you have a question that you need to bring clarity to ? To you want confirmation on an issue?

I utilise the most powerful force - Love to assist you with answers and practical solutions. Each session is an hour long, starts with meditation, then you choose an oracle deck and ask your question- and your answer is give. Finally a selection of Power Action Practise for you to achieve Balance.
