Phoenix swimmers don’t just work hard in the water. They work hard in everything they do.

Our Co-Team Captain, Isla, recently flew out to Romania to carry out voluntary work at a children’s hospice, at a centre for adults with special needs and also carry out building restoration work.

Isla said of her time out there “that it was a amazingly awarding experience”

We think you’re amazing Isla. Carry on being the kind hearted person you are - we’re very proud of you!

An amazing and thought provoking interview with Paralympic Gold medalist and former Phoenix swimmer Ellie Challis.

Inclusion matters!

“Inclusivity isn’t just a box to tick , it’s about creating spaces where everyone truly belongs.”

We recently spoke with World and Paralympic champion Ellie Challis, who shared her powerful perspective on what it means to make sport accessible for all. She spoke about some of the biggest challenges she's faced in her career and also addressed some of the changes she would like to see made to make sport and physical activity more inclusive for everyone.

An absolute pleasure to be given the opportunity to help share her thoughts.
