These are difficult times for all of us, please spare a thought for others.
Spring equinox was a few days ago which is a time for new beginnings. Together we will get through this.
I will now be continuing my Reiki Practise using Distance Reiki for those who feel they need it and at a discounted rate so it is affordable to everyone. It’s important we support each other in times of need. Thought to consider - Many of us are waking up and worrying each day. This is natural but please try to stay calm, (yes I know easier said than done). When we worry and get anxious it lowers the immune system and we all need a good high vibration to fight this. Take a few deep breaths to calm the mind and set your intention every morning – Just for today I will not worry.
