SPOTTING ILLEGAL TOXIN – PLEASE READ THIS 👇
Not all anti-wrinkle treatments are the same.
In the UK, Botulinum Toxin is a prescription-only medicine. That means it must be prescribed to YOU by a medically qualified prescriber (Doctor, Dentist or Independent Nurse Prescriber) following a full medical consultation.
If that hasn’t happened… 🚩
You need to ask questions.
Here are 5 simple ways to protect yourself:
1️⃣ Were you medically assessed properly?
A full medical history should always be taken. Toxin is not suitable if you’re unwell, pregnant, have certain neurological conditions, infections or allergies.
2️⃣ Did you see the prescriber?
A face-to-face or legitimate remote consultation must happen BEFORE treatment. Not after. Not “covered later.”
3️⃣ Is the box sealed with YOUR name on it?
Legal toxin comes in a sealed box with a pharmacy label. It is prescribed specifically to you and cannot legally be shared between clients.
4️⃣ Is it wearing off in 2–4 weeks?
Properly dosed, regulated toxin typically lasts around 8–12 weeks (sometimes longer). Constant early top-ups can be a warning sign.
5️⃣ Was it unbelievably cheap?
If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Regulated product + prescription + insurance + training all come at a cost. Your face and your health are not worth cutting corners.
This isn’t about drama.
It’s about safety.
I’m a Registered Nurse. My toxin is prescribed, sourced from UK pharmacies, and administered following full medical screening.

All February appointments will go ahead as planned.
If you currently have a booking in March, I will be contacting you directly over the next few days. You will have the option to:
• Bring your appointment forward into February (subject to availability), or
• Cancel and receive a full refund of any payments made.
Please bear with me while I work through messages — I will make sure everyone is contacted.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that as of the end of February, SavaSana Aesthetics will be closing.
I’ve given it over a year and I’m genuinely grateful for the lovely people I’ve met along the way. Some real friendships have come from this, and that means more to me than anything else.
But if I’m honest, the constant social media, the pressure, the competition, the overheads — it’s just not bringing me the peace I want anymore.
I love skin.
I love learning.
I love the science behind it.
But I don’t love running a clinic.
And I think it’s important to build a life that actually feels good — not just one that looks good on paper.
All February appointments will go ahead as planned. I won’t be taking bookings beyond that.
Thank you to everyone who supported me. Truly.
This isn’t drama. It’s just me being straight.

A quick update regarding treatment finance 🤍
I’ve had to temporarily switch off finance options for treatments.

Unfortunately, the fees charged by third-party finance providers are very high, and with my current discounted pricing (which already only just covers products and clinical consumables), it’s no longer sustainable for me to offer this option.

Nothing beats that post-treatment glow ✨

Helen is back in for her maintenance Radiofrequency collagen induction therapy using energy-based deep medical microneedling.

As a registered nurse, I’m trained to work at therapeutic depths beyond standard Level 1 microneedling, which allows for true collagen stimulation rather than surface-level skin polishing.

Over her course of treatment, Helen has seen:
