Today we’re delighted to spotlight four wonderful members of our team who work together to make Great Oaks Hospice the caring, compassionate place it is.

Michelle provides a vital listening ear and practical support to individuals and families across our community, helping people feel connected and cared for when they need it most.

Kate leads our Wellbeing services, creating safe, welcoming spaces where people can take part in activities, access support, and feel empowered through every stage of their journey.

Stacey heads up our Hospice at Home service, coordinating personalised care for people in the comfort of their own homes and helping families feel supported when it matters most.

We’re proud to shine a light on two wonderful members of our Hospice at Home team.

💚 Jade – Health Care Assistant
💙 Adele – Registered Nurse

Together, they provide compassionate end‑of‑life care and support for patients and families in the comfort of their own homes. Their calm presence, expertise, and kindness make an enormous difference to the people we care for every day.

This is the first of several introductions we’ll be sharing, celebrating the incredible individuals behind our Hospice At Home service. The people who bring dignity, comfort, and reassurance to families across our community.
