Just popped downstairs to see what was happening at the hospice… and walked straight into an afternoon of pure joy! 💚

Families we support, and who so kindly support us, were busy enjoying an amazing Animals Interactive session.

From cuddly guinea pigs to impressive snakes, curious geckos to a gentle tortoise, wiggly ferrets and a cheeky skunk then finally, a handsome fox, there was something to delight everyone! 🐹🦊🦨🐍🦎🐢

The smiles, laughter and little moments of wonder said it all. 😍

A huge thank you to everyone who helps make these special experiences possible. It’s these moments that bring comfort, connection and joy to our families and our team. 💛🌿

🩶A DIFFERENT MINDSET
🩶Has someone close to you received a Dementia diagnosis?
🩶MINDSET for family members is an 8-week course for people who are supporting someone who has received a dementia diagnosis within the last 2 years.
🤝This support course is run by a skilled therapist who will cover a range of topics, and you will also have the opportunity to meet and talk to others who are going through similar experiences.
💚Next course @ Great Oaks Hospice, Coleford, GL16 8QE
📅The course will run every Friday morning, 10 – 1130 for 8 weeks - starting 24th April 2026
