At the end of what has been a difficult week for ourselves and for the local community of Monmouth as a whole, it was lovely to receive the below message from Roger Clitheroe...

'In follow up to our correspondence regarding the cheques and monies donated to the RNLI in memory of our late Mother, Mrs. Sheila Clitheroe, I would like to provide you with the attached photo and Facebook link below. These cover the presentation to David from the Penlee Lifeboat of the cheques by my brother (Peter) and I on the 1st of November 2025. Altogether, the donations made on behalf of our late Mother totalled £1,668.75. My Brother and I are pleased to be able to confirm that she would have been delighted by the generosity of her family and friends in supporting the charity she loved and to the service men and women of the Penlee Lifeboat in Newlyn Cornwall.

The All Souls services are a chance to remember those we have lost.

This year, four services will be held, ALL on Sunday 2nd November.

We would like to take a moment to recognise one of our team members, Anna Roberts from our Operations team, who recently worked with our Memorial Masonry team into creating a beautiful memorial stone for her beloved Nan, Roslyn Watkins.
Roslyn sadly passed away on the 6th of April, 2025. To honour her memory, Anna requested to work with our masons to craft a lasting tribute — a memorial stone that reflects the love, respect, and cherished memories she holds for her Nan. As you can see by the photos, she worked on the stone every step of the way to create something unique and personal.
