Ernest Heal & Sons Funeral Directors are proud to announce that in 2025 our families have raised an incredible £165,470 in memory of their loved ones for charity.
£106,020 of this has been given online though our online tribute pages created in conjunction with MuchLoved.
What a wonderful amount collected for charities (many of whom are local to the community we serve).
Gifting online is easy to do and means that Gift-Aid can also be added onto your donation- meaning the charity get even more from each donation.
Our personalised pages are free of charge and act as both a funeral notice and a lasting tribute to your loved one, where photos and thoughts can be added.
What a wonderful amount collected for charities (many of whom are local to the community we serve).

Further update regarding the Monmouth Bereavement Support Group:
The meeting next week Tuesday 6th January 2.00-4.00 pm (and until further notice) will be held at The Kings Head hotel (Wetherspoons) 8, Agincourt Square in the Red Room situated near the main entrance - first room on the left.
A Carpark 3 mins walk away is £2.60 for 2 hours.
If interested in attending the meeting or would like further details, don’t hesitate to contact Rosemarie or David on the telephone numbers below or just come along...

As the year draws to a close, it’s common to think of the people who are special to us – especially those we've lost. That’s why we’ve chosen to take part in Light a Candle.

From 15 to 21 December we’ll be posting digital candles in memory of those who can’t be with us during the festive season. If you’d like to create a virtual candle, please click the following link where you can choose a design and write a short message to a loved one.

Its been a busy week for the Ernest Heal & Sons Father Christmas and his helpers. On Tuesday they visited the Bream mindSCAPE group . It is always a pleasure to support this great local project provided by Artspace Cinderford.

Once again we've had an amazing response to this year's selection box appeal!
Thanks to the generosity of the local community we've managed to collect well over 200 selection boxes across all our funeral homes.
These have now been delivered to The Forest Foodbank and Monmouth and District Foodbank so they can be distributed within our local communities.
Thank you to all those who donated and to all staff for their support!
