I was delivering a Gel Art workshop last night to a group of ladies who don't do art as a hobby.

These are just two of the many prints that caught my eye from Anne and Doris. So they don't realise just how striking these are so I put together this little clip to let them see what I see.
Well done Ladies!

Using acrylic paint, textile tools and stamps the 10 ladies all produced lovely pieces to take home.

Delivered another fun Gel Print workshop this afternoon at CRUN in Coleraine. The ladies enjoyed getting together to do something creative

They really got into it once the confidence grew and some fabulous pieces of art was created.

It was so good I wasn't able to take photos but Rose from CRUN managed to get some and hope to see these pop up.

The whole session always ends with each person showing their favourite pieces and sharing their thoughts on how they felt throughout the session. It's so important for participants to have an opportunity to say how they feel after the session.

My sessions are underpinned with the Take 5 steps to Wellbeing.
