Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing. By reducing stress in people’s lives it can be key in optimising good health and building resilience. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body and reflexologists work these points and areas. I am a mobile reflexology therapist based in Coleraine and serving the Coleraine/Portstewart/Portrush area. Available for appointments 7 days a week, 10am-8pm (last appointment starts at 7pm).

✨ Skincare Actives & Routine Guide ✨

One of the most common questions I get during Gua Sha facials is: “What order should I apply my skincare, and what do these ingredients even do?” So here’s a quick guide to how I layer and some of the more common active ingredients…

Layering Order:
1️⃣ Cleanser
2️⃣ Toner
3️⃣ Serums (with your actives)
4️⃣ Facial Oil (a must after 40!)

***Once you have applied all serums and face oil this is when you can add in your Gua Sha 5 minute daily at home routine - your skin must be well prepped so there is no pulling or stretching***

5️⃣ Moisturiser
6️⃣ SPF 50 (daily, no excuses!)

Hey lovely people!

I’ve been doing a bit of admin spring cleaning lately — you know, tidying up the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps everything flowing smoothly. As part of that, I’ve updated my cancellation policy, just to keep us all on the same page. It’s nothing major, but I’ll pop it up here so you’re in the loop.

Now… what a weekend we’re in for! Sunshine, blue skies, and beachy vibes — yes please! If you’re out in the garden or strolling the beach, do yourself a favour: kick off your shoes, sink those toes into the grass or sand, and soak up some grounding goodness. Nature knows what she’s doing.

You’ve asked, and I’ve listened — new treatments are launching from May 1st in response to your amazing feedback!

I’m so happy to introduce a Menopause Treatment, a deeply nurturing face and foot combination designed to support and restore.
I’ll be posting more about this beautiful treatment soon — the feedback from my testers has been incredible!

Also new to the treatment room: Chakra Reflexology.
This is a perfect complement to your usual reflexology session, helping to balance your energy, clear blockages, and promote overall well-being.

There have been a few changes to the pricing and some existing treatments too, so please take a moment to check out the updated list.

Appointments for May are filling up fast, and I’ll be limiting the number of new clients to ensure I can continue offering regular slots to my lovely loyal customers.
