May is Mental Health Awareness Month
A gentle reminder that behind every “I’m fine”, every smile or every “aw I’m grand” there can be a story we don’t see.
As a student counsellor currently in placement, I know only too well the quiet weight that people carry every day often without anyone realising.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s so important to have spaces where you feel safe, seen, and able to simply be.
My massage room is more than just a place for physical relief… I try to make it a calm, supportive space where you can relax, breathe, sleep if you want and let go, even if it is just for a little while. Your wellbeing matters, both physically and emotionally.
My messages are always open if you need a chat. And if you’re struggling and need a little extra support, I’m here to gently and discreetly help signpost you in the right direction (one more year till I’m qualified 🤞)
