That’s me clocking off for the rest of the year.

Thank you to every single person who’s walked through my door. There has been lots of laughs, tears and the occasional hug shared (I’m not a hugger).

It has been one hell of a year for me personally, and I guess when the year is drawing to an end it always invites a little time to reflect.

I’m not one for Christmas. The older I get, the more I realise the things I truly want can’t be wrapped up and left under a tree.

So whatever this season looks like for you- be it that you celebrate, hibernate, or simply just get through it… honour that.

In the absolute chaos that this week has been I completely forgot to mark RNMT’s birthday …

Another little milestone for something I’ve built completely from scratch. It’s still as exciting now as when I first started when someone says “ you were recommended by… “

I’ve loved getting to know every single client, and for a girl who says I don’t like chatting much … I really need to shut up at times 🤣

Anyway… I digress…

I’ll sort a little give away in a few weeks but for now I am heading out of office to celebrate my award winning husband 🥰 (hates getting his picture taken)

Hello 👋🏼 , thought it might be time to re-introduce myself on here…

my name is Rioná, I’ve been massaging now since 2020 and I’m very lucky to love what I do.

I am married to my better half Ally, and we have two teenage boys and two fur babies… if you’ve been in with me you have probably heard a rant or two about them 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

I have my level 2 in reiki and I’m excited to bring this in to the therapy room at a later date.

I’m currently in my third year of learning to be a integrative counsellor, and I’m passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where people can feel heard and understood and I hope that this is reflected in my massage room as well as I feel honoured and privileged when clients open up to me ❤️🥹

In RN, you don’t stop being a client as soon as you walk out the door - we like to celebrate the wins in your life, new jobs, pregnancy, engagement, weddings, an injury free football season, pain free movements… all the wins, no matter how big or small.

Anything else you wanna know, just ask 🖤
