Full Time MSK Physiotherapist
We are a growing clinic and we invite you to join our journey! If you love a challenge and are keen to learn new skills, we'd love to hear from you.
We are recruiting for a Full Time MSK Physiotherapist who has an interest in Pilates (if you have no Pilates training as yet we can help you out)
Job Description
70% Physio Clinic
20% Pilates Classes
10% 1:1 Pilates
Variety is the spice of life and being a physio can be mentally and physically challenging. Therefore, we think a good healthy mix of Physio and Pilates creates a great work balance.
Salary: From ยฃ30,125, we have a competitive progressive salary and pension plan. Beat the NHS pay bands, deliver the results and you get the reward!
Our Approach to Physio
We believe that quality physio combines quality assessment, rehabilitation, hands on treatment techniques and excellent communication/people skills. The rehab secures the long term results but our hands on treatment can speed the process, give excellent pain relief and help with client exercise adherence.
If this approach sits well with you then read on!
Our Core Values - Treating others with care, empathy and delivering honest health care with integrity. We love to get people better and keep them better! We go the extra mile for our clients to encourage, reassure, empathise and partner with them to ensure they have a clear way forward through the fog of pain or injury.
In-House Training - We are a team that loves to learn. Our working environment is supportive and we meet regularly to learn from each other, develop our clinical reasoning skills and progress our treatment techniques, rehabilitation planning and communication skills. We will encourage you and support you in your CPD and we will also help you to develop your areas of clinical interest.
Developing Your Interest - To allow each therapist to develop and nurture their interest we set up projects to allow our physios to grow and explore those areas. Colin is developing a specialised Headache & Migraine service, Owen leads personal training 1:1's with a focus on Strength & Conditioning and Laura established an Osteoporosis bone health class (the only one of it's kind in NI!). Even if you don't know where your niche area is now, that's ok, but we'd like you to know that we provide an environment to encourage and develop your ideas and areas of interest. When you do find that niche area that floats your boat we're here to help you grow in that space!
