☎ NI Helplines Awareness Day ☎

Today is an opportunity to promote the brilliant helplines available to people in Northern Ireland.

Northern Ireland is incredibly lucky to have a wide variety of helplines, including those that provide support for mental health, addiction, homelessness, domestic violence, and many other issues.

Helplines NI is an incredibly helpful resource which brings together 35 helplines which operate across Northern Ireland. Their website provides a brilliant directory of helplines which can help with a wide range of issues from mental health to housing.

If you ever need help, please do not be ashamed to reach out, there are many organisations that can lend a helping hand.
