Shauna aka JED Holistic Join.Embrace.Discover will be leaving the centre as she heads back to her hometown of Louguille to start her own practice.

She’s setting up 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 ( I LOVE that name ) a group gathering built around community and connection, and she’ll be offering reflexology, reiki and of course her yoga classes there as well.

While we are all sorry to see her go, we’re genuinely delighted for her. It’s a big move but she will smash it 💪💪

And it’s not a final goodbye — once she’s up and running, she’ll be back with us to host some yoga retreats in The Garden Studio in the future.

We’ll be starting the search for a new yoga teacher soon, so if you know someone who might be interested, please tag them below.

We’ll have a moon apothecary bar with herbs, oils, flowers, and intention — and you’ll make your own ritual oil, bath soak, or intention jar to take home. No pressure, no experience needed — just bring yourself, your curiosity, and your heart.
