Some reasons Why females should deadlift :

* Excellent confidence booster.
* Works several muscles groups .
* Helps burn fat
* Helps prevent back pain.
* Improves cardiovascular activity.
* Strengthens grip and biceps.
* Improves posture and stability.

The sweat was real, I contemplated all day wether to train or not - 45mins got it completed - and I’m super glad I did 👌

Facts are maintenance after the photo is 10x harder than achieving the shoot day pose….
So when your “short-term” goal has been achieved - what next?? 🤷🏽‍♀️

How do you maintain training after?
How do you maintain nutrition after?
How do you maintain motivation after?

Here’s tips on how to :

- Learn to optimise HEALTH over the aesthetics you achieved…♥️

- Value EDUCATION on nutrition that aids in everyday life and performance in the gym (not just a low calorie deficit) 🥦🥩

- Appreciate COACHING that empowers you to have the CONFIDENCE to train on your own (not just ticking boxes - master that deadlift 😜)

- Stop using exercise as punishment for the calories you consume (exercise for the benefits it provides, physiologically and psychologically)💪🤩

- REALISE as cliche as it sounds it’s not what you achieve in 6/12weeks but what you can continually do CONSISTENTLY on a “longer-term” basis 💫

No days off when you have an Arya ♥️
December a month for many filled with extra nights out, all the extra calories, shopping trips, liquid lunches, diners, friendly meet ups …. And the list goes on … I say enjoy it all 🥳🥳
My advise - Nothing complicated - just keep active and MOVE 🏃‍♀️
Walking, running, swimming, gymming or even a 20MIN HIIT off YouTube in your living room - 🏋🏽‍♂️🏄🏼‍♀️
Fresh air, working the heart and lungs - Your body and mind will always thank you for it ♥️🎅
