Both photos were his comfortable standing position, 90minutes apart. Pain on the left about 8-9/10 then 3/10 on the right. Hoping with a few things to follow at home, a few more days for the body to do its thing should be good come next week
With the number of machines used in treatments, working multiple areas of the body at the same time - treated the gripping tight areas first, allowed the breath to become slow, full & rhythmic sinking into the exhales while the current is working, then moved into some light strength exercises for the full chain
I’m sure a lot of people have had a back injury where you just feel twisted & out of line. No immediate injury just a ni**le building up then finished a training session and the back was gone as they say
Sharp pains with moving, constant discomfort, can’t stand up straight, walk etc
