SOUND BATH CLASS RELAX AND RECHARGE ADDITIONAL DATE ADDED!! - Friday 5th December 4:00pm - 5:00pm. Due to popular demand we have added another date for our Soundbath Meditation Class.
Take time out for yourself before the mayhem of Christmas, relax and recharge and enjoy the many benefits of this popular form of relaxation therapy.
The class costs £10 per place and is delivered by our very experienced Colette from Angel Touch Therapies.
We will provide the exercise mats so just bring a pillow or a cushion, a light blanket and a bottle of water.
