This month, we launched our ‘Less-Stress September’ campaign, reminding our people to be more mindful about their stress levels and how to manage them.

🧘 We started our weeks with relaxing ‘Mindful Mondays’ sessions, which were a huge hit! Amanda Brennan guided us all through calming mindfulness exercises, including: Breathwork, Chair Movement and EFT Tapping.

🚶 Midweek, ‘Walk it Out Wednesdays’, got us all moving with fresh air on our lunch breaks.

🧩 And throughout the month, we've worked together on a 2000 piece jigsaw in the canteen – a true team effort!

Stress can impact us all differently, it's important to find an outlet that helps you ! 💙
