A message of thanks from the family of Mina Weir who passed away on 20th October 2025

We would like to thank everyone who supported us while Mina was in Leabank Nursing Home and also after Mina passed away, your kindness will always be remembered and appreciated.

We offer our sincere thanks to The Brook Coleraine and Leabank Nursing Home, where in both places Mina received outstanding care.

We would like to thank the doctors and staff of Leabank Nursing Home for their care during Mina’s time with you and for your care, kindness and compassion shown to Mina and her family in her last few weeks. We will always be truly grateful.

We offer heartfelt thanks to Rev Canon Peter McDowell, Holy Trinity Church, Portrush for his kindness and support at this time and for leading the service conveying Mina’s life in such a lovely manner.

Also to the staff at Ivan Murdock and Sons, a sincere thank you for the respectful and professional manner in which they handled the funeral arrangements.

It is difficult to thank everyone individually so please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all who supported the family in any way.

The family wish to thank all the kind family and friends who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement
