A lovely day of Yoga at the Riverside Theatre event and the sun even shone for us!

Hello, Yoga Followers it’s been a while since I have been able to teach yoga in a class environment. I am hoping to restart classes on the 7th June at the Lodge Hotel - 6pm and 7.30 pm. The classes in keeping with Covid guidelines are still small so please book your space in advance. The classes will be payment upfront for 4 weeks to guarantee your slot.
