CAN - Base Coleraine Base Coleraine is a day opportunities programme for local adults with learning disabilities.

The Base is a day opportunity programme funded by the NHSCT and it provides a day opportunity service for Adults with Learning disabilities through CAN charity. We enable service users to engage in community based leisure activities.
