🧩 A message from Jigsaw House 🧩

We want to take a moment to speak openly and honestly.

Since our open day on 29th November, we’ve been much quieter than we ever intended and for that, we are truly sorry.

Behind the scenes, we’ve had some personal things to navigate, and while that doesn’t reflect how we want to operate Jigsaw House, it is the reality of the last while. We never want families or young people to feel forgotten, especially those who placed their trust and faith in us.

To every family and young person who believed in what we’re building thank you. And we are genuinely sorry for the silence.

We want you to know this: Jigsaw House is not going anywhere.
We are taking the time to reset, refocus, and make sure that when we return, we do so stronger, clearer, and better than ever.

Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your belief in what Jigsaw House stands for 🧩

🌟 Important Update – Agherton Hall Taster Sessions! 🌟

Thank you so much to everyone who has already signed up for our Agherton Parish Hall sessions on Saturday 29th November we’re so excited to welcome you! 💜

Following feedback from our first taster session and to help the day run more smoothly for children, young people, and staff, we’ve made a small adjustment to our session times.

Our sessions will now run for 1 hour 15 minutes, allowing more time for everyone to explore, settle, and enjoy all the stations at their own pace.

🕒 Updated Session Times:
• Session One: 11:30am – 12:45pm
• Session Two: 2:00pm – 3:15pm

We have personally emailed all families who signed up and confirmed details individually thank you for your quick responses and support! 💜

TASTER SESSIONS ANNOUNCEMENT – AGHERTON PARISH HALL 29th NOVEMBER🌟

We’re delighted to open bookings for our next Jigsaw House Taster Sessions at Agherton Parish Hall, Portstewart 🧩✨

Designed for children and young people aged 4–23, these sessions offer a chance to experience Jigsaw House in a calm, welcoming setting where they can explore, have fun, and build confidence at their own pace.

💜Young people can enjoy:
• Creative activities and hands-on making
• A calm sensory area with choice-led exploration
• Practical life-skill moments made fun and engaging
• Interactive tech suitable for different needs and abilities
• Group tasks, teamwork, and shared successes

We’ve chosen to run 45-minute sessions to give as many children and young people as possible the opportunity to experience Jigsaw House during these taster sessions.

✨ Saturday 29th November – Agherton Parish Hall
🕒 Session One: 11:30–12:15 (10–17)
🕒 Session Two: 1:00–1:45 (4–17, mixed)
🕒 Session Three: 2:15–3:00 (4–9)

📲 Sign-ups close Saturday 22nd November.
All parents & carers will receive an update on Sunday 23rd, including next steps and information on how to make the £10 payment to secure a place.
Payment will be due 4 days before the session.

💜 Taster Session Update 💜

Following such amazing interest in our first Jigsaw House taster sessions, we’ve now paused sign-ups a few days early while we sort groups and ensure the right supports are in place for each child and young person 🧩

We’re currently finalising spaces for our first sessions at Vineyard Hope Centre, and will be in touch with everyone who signed up over the next few days to confirm next steps.

We’re also reviewing our Coleraine Library session to include smaller 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 opportunities, as it’s clear how valuable these will be for some families, children and young people 💙

💜 We’ve had such a lovely response to our upcoming Jigsaw House taster sessions — thank you all so much for the excitement and support! 🧩

Due to the average age of current sign-ups, we’re looking at adjusting our Coleraine Library session (Wednesday 19th November) to make it easier for families with younger children and young people to attend.

We’d love to hear what time would work best for you!
