This is the first time I’ve managed to do a Pilates session through since opening the new studio space. It was so nice to enjoy the space on my own! 🙌🏻🥰 and yes it was a killer, I definitely felt the burn!

Hi to all the new faces here 👋
I’ve had quite a few new followers recently, so I just wanted to say thanks for being here. I’m a physiotherapist specialising in acupuncture and matwork Pilates, and I’ll be starting to share more about what I actually do day-to-day in clinic.
That means you’ll see things like treatment approaches, movement tips, rehab ideas and a bit more about how acupuncture and Pilates fit into physio.

Yesterday was the launch of the KS Health Studio and I had such a great time! 🎉
A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support. It was amazing to see so many people there and to officially let the community know the physio clinic is here if you ever need it.
I’m really excited to get the physio-led Pilates and yoga classes up and running and help more people move, feel, and live better.
Thanks again to everyone who showed up — it meant a lot! 💙

One year ago, KS Health was just an idea and a big dream. Since then it’s been an absolute whirlwind. From long days and late nights transforming the building, to watching it slowly turn into the clinic and studio I always imagined… it’s definitely been a grind.
But standing here now, seeing it all finished, I honestly couldn’t be more proud (and a little bit chuffed!). Having my own physio clinic and studio all under one roof has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I’m incredibly grateful for the chance to bring it to life.
There were plenty of challenges along the way, but every bit of hard work has been worth it.
Here’s the finished product — I hope you like it as much as I do! 🙌
Thank you to everyone who supported, encouraged, and believed in the vision along the way. This is only the beginning. 🚀

✨ **New Class Coming to Thursday Evenings!** ✨

As my current classes are filling up quickly, I’m excited to introduce something a little different. I’ve been using **clinical yoga** in my physiotherapy clinic with great results, so I’m now combining it with my traditional **physio-led Pilates sessions** to create a class with a little extra spice.

This class blends the **core control and stability of Pilates** with **strengthening yoga poses**, carefully intertwined to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and move better.

If you’re looking for a class that covers **strength, stretch, and core control** in one session — this could be exactly what you need.

🧘‍♀️ **Physio-led**

📅 **Thursday evenings** – perfect if you want to exercise but still work during the day.
