Good morning everyone, something a little different today. Its good to look back & reflect so that you can realise how much youve grown. Most often we will hardly ever see our small progress, the tiny steps, its in these moments that are disguised as our true moments of change.

Good morning everyone & happy monday here's to a brand new week my friends. Ive been locked out of my account but all assorted now so normal service resumes.
Found all this quiet interesting, I mean we all understand the basics and what we should and shouldnt be eating but this definitely drew me in a little more. Makes alot of sense too i had an online fitness & health group a few years ago and some of it was based on our rainbow coloured foods and how important it is for our bodies 😀

Its that time of the week again "No hashtags" trust if this message reaches you then its for you.

Its crazy how many times over my life,even when I was younger how many people told me I was too sensitive. It even got to a point where I hid my sensitivity as I thought it was a negative part of me. Its even crazier that none of them people are now in my life. Why? Because I finally came home to myself, spent some time healing & realised my sensitivity was actually one of my best parts.

Don't ever hide who you are for somebody else's opinion. The world needs sensitive souls its not a weakness its a beautiful part of you that needs to shine.

Midweek blessings everyone.This is definitely food for thought. As an experienced aura reader this is one thing that is so important, you become what you think and also by owning a illness it keeps you in the mindset of being ill. Also like many other things we may of been through in our life it stays in your aura energy until you own it and let go.

Now this isnt taking anything away from those who do suffer with a long term illness, I have one too all I know is that when I was in my illness mindset my symptoms were worse, my mindset was worse. I may of had a couple of good days or even a good week but it quickly came back around, why because it had become part of me and it was floating around my aura energy so it was inevitable that it would come back around again.

Once I let go of the victim mindset & accepted my illness then things got better.
