Excited to return to Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden this year with Healing Possibilities for a series of OUTDOOR GONG BATHS. The first one will be Wednesday May 6th in the Glade. Allow 15 minutes to arrive and walk through the grounds from the car park to get to the beautiful glade. Last year's sound baths here were truly amazing. Come, relax, listen to the sounds of the birds and the wind in the trees under the big open Norfolk sky. £15 payable in advance through Fairhaven's website. Please bring a chair or a mat, blanket and pillow and note it is WEATHER DEPENDENT. Look forward to seeing some of you there.

healing_possibilities My Holographic Healing practitioner course was held as a Retreat at Harriet's house in Coltishall. This was my first time of sharing this information, bringing many therapies together. Using Crystals and Tuning Forks combined with manifestation statements and downloaded Healing codes.
this therapy encompasses your mind, your body, physical, emotional and mental aspects. Seeing these as One, holographic, the healing is profoundly deep.
These wonderful students took a leap of faith in me to trust this Healing modality that I brought for them to work with in their own Healing work.
By the end of the weekend everyone was enjoying receiving and practising the holographic Healing method. I felt truly humbled watching the students carrying out the method I had shared with them.

Made yoga this morning with the beautiful The Blissful Yogi at the Tithe Barn. So glad I went - she has such a wonderful approach to the practice. Felt very calming and centering. Melissa even ended with Rumi's poem 'The Guesthouse'.
I'm looking forward to creating the day 'Christmas Calm' with her this Saturday.

There’s still time to join Julie, Jae and I for their spiritual retreat at the end of this month. I’ll be cooking up wholesome food to keep us all going through the meditations, intuitive exercises and other activities. It’s a great few days - I got so much joy and many insights when I attended. I cook so I can just keep going back to be part of it!
