POV: you really want to start working out again so you can feel more like yourself, but someone else needs you more right now… I get it 😅
That’s why I wanted to create a judgement-free space for new mums where they can do that workout, feel like themselves again AND still be with their new baby.
Making time for yourself in those early stages is really hard, but it is doable and I want to help you do it.
