Let me tell you a secret about building a spiritual business.

It is not the most gifted woman who succeeds. It is the woman who decides to be seen.

There are women with half your training charging double your prices.

There are women with less depth selling out offers.

There are women with fewer qualifications showing up every day without apology.

The difference isn't that they're more talented. It's their willingness....

Willingness to speak clearly about who they help.

Willingness to invite people into paid work.

Willingness to tolerate the discomfort of visibility.

You have the empathy.
You have the intuition.
You have the lived experience.

What you have been holding back is boldness.

You keep thinking you need to feel fully ready. You don't!

You need to feel committed. Because the truth is simple, depth without direction stays hidden.

If you stopped waiting for certainty and started acting from conviction, what would change this month?

Your Fear is not the problem.
Your hesitation is not the problem.
Your lack of followers is not the problem.
Your website, your logo, your unfinished course idea are not the problem.

The uncomfortable truth?

You are still waiting for permission.

Permission to charge.
Permission to call yourself what you are.
Permission to be visible.
Permission to take up space as the woman who feels the calling.

I see so many spiritually gifted women circling the edges of their own potential.

You’ve done the training.
You’ve had the awakening.
You feel the pull to serve.
You light up when you talk about healing, intuition, energy.

But when it comes to actually stepping forward you shrink.bYou overthink. You hide behind “I’m not ready yet.”

Here’s what no one says out loud:

You don’t become confident and then start.
You start, and confidence is built in motion.

You don’t clear every money block before you charge. You decide your work has value, and then you grow into holding that value.

You don’t wait until fear disappears. You move with it sitting in the passenger seat.

If you are feeling frustrated that nothing is shifting, ask yourself this:

Am I actually building…
or am I preparing forever?

There is a version of you a year from now who is fully visible, fully expressed, working with aligned clients and being paid properly for her gifts.

She did not get there by consuming more free content, doing more courses, or getting another certificate. She got there by making brave decisions before she felt fully ready.

I've had an incredibly busy couple of months. I don't know where January and February have gone! So I'm starting the coming month by gifting myself some 'me' time.

I made a little plan for myself and thought you might like a copy. Save it to your phone to remind yourself to take a few minutes every day or print off a copy and place it somewhere you'll see it every day.

You did everything society told you to do....

You worked hard.....

Chose the sensible path....

Built the life that looked secure from the outside.....

You followed the rules.....and then one day, something shifted.

You finally realised that what actually feels important to you might not be what everyone else expected.

That moment is confronting.

It means admitting you’ve changed.
It means wanting something different.
It means caring less about what THEY think and more about what feels true.

That shift is where the real journey begins.

The question is what you do with it.

It’s not the world you’re afraid of. It’s the people closest to you.

At some point you realise it was never strangers you were worried about.

It was family, old friends, the people who remember the previous version of you.

When your beliefs shift.
When you start speaking differently.
When you stop rolling your eyes at the things you once dismissed.

It feels exposing...I know, I've been there, got the T-shirt

You wonder what they’ll think.
Whether they’ll judge.
Whether they’ll secretly think you've “lost the plot.”

They'll definitely think you've changed...you have.

That’s the point.

Growth will always feel uncomfortable to someone who prefers the version of you they’re used to. But shrinking yourself to stay acceptable is exhausting.

Fear of judgement keeps so many women playing small, especially when it comes to their spirituality and their calling.

But remember, you’re allowed to evolve, you're allowed your beliefs and you're allowed to live your life in alignment.
