We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Ricky Hatton. Beyond his achievements in boxing, he was a powerful advocate for mental health, showing the importance of speaking out and seeking support 💔 💙

Established in 2015, North Wales Reflections offers Counselling from comfortable, easily accessible ground floor offices in Colwyn Bay or Online from the comfort of your own home.

We are delighted to introduce our latest member to our team . Erin is in the final year of her professional counselling training and is offering low-cost counselling sessions as part of her placement with North Wales Reflections. She provides a supportive, confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
As a student counsellor, Erin is fully insured and works under close supervision, following the ethical guidelines of her training organisation.

Appointments with Erin are available on Tuesdays and are limited, and will also need to be authorised by Sally in the first instance.

🎊It’s hard to believe, but this month marks 10 years since North Wales Reflections first opened its doors! Back then, it was just me, working alone from a small room with my first two clients. I was anxious and unsure of what the future might hold. I never began to imagine back then how we might develop and grow.

🥇 Today, we’re a busy, multi-therapist practice, with a team of passionate and skilled therapists who care deeply about the work we do. We’ve walked alongside so many people through some of life’s most difficult, challenging and transformative moments and we never take that privilege for granted.


🙏🏻I want to thank everyone who has been part of this journey! Whether you have visited us for support, recommended us to others, worked alongside us, or simply cheered us on from afar THANK YOU!
Whilst I’m so proud of how far we’ve come, it isn’t stopping here. There are plans on the horizon, so keep an eye on this space as we continue to grow, evolve, and reach more people who need us.
