Truth be told I’ve been very distracted from ‘The Fitness King’ with the growth of hybridx_uk.

Meaning this page has been put to the side for a while.

Not only that but my own training has lacked direction and goals. (I’m always doing something however it’s been without a clear outcome. More so free styling because I know the benefits)

As I rebuild this page the intent is always to help and share with you the product which is training, nutrition & accountability with a touch of banter seasoning too 🤌🏻

This is where I can help you.

So over the coming weeks I’ll be back posting about how to improve your health and I’ll be sharing how I’m going to be improving my fitness along the way.

This post is also a touch of self accountability in the fact to start before the new year and to make the most of the month of December. Which you can do too 👊🏻💥

I also wanted to share with you what has stimulated this…

Sometimes it takes something to pop up in front of you, maybe a podcast or reading something.

That thing that hit home for me was a quote I recently seen and it kicked me up the derriere.

‘More is lost with indecision than with wrong decision’

So this post is the beginning decision to rebuild ‘The Fitness King’ product and self 👊🏻

Maybe that quote will resinate today with someone and stimulate your actions to make that decision to get after a goal you may have had on the back burner for a while. 🙏🏻

This is 3 realities that will happen in your weight loss or fitness journey.

1- Motivation has a life expectancy ⏳

Meaning it’s will come and go like buses do. 🚌

Most important factor here is you don’t let that dictate you actions. 🙅🏻

2- It’s going to be hard. 😮‍💨

Every new step you take to creating new habits is going to take time and effort just like getting stronger in the gym or faster on a run.

Like the habits which have you where you are now.

That didn’t happen over night.

3- Getting results maybe slow 🐌

Don’t let this slip you up

Now this doesn’t have to be just weight loss this could be getting stronger or faster.

We live in the social media world where you see the 1% of crazy fat loss results

You see the 1% of the strongest people in the world

You see the 1% of the fastest people

You see the 1% of the perfect physics in your eyes

Do not let this hinder your progress

Yes it maybe maybe slow but make yourself this promise

The next time I commit to my fitness transformation I will not quit.

Because quitting makes it all the slower 🐌

A massive thank you to all the Athletes who took part in 2.0 seeing your efforts put in is always very inspiring and I can assure you the spectators got that energy ⚡️

A massive thank you to the spectators for getting down supporting your families, friends and loved ones making the atmosphere out of this world 💥

THE BIGGEST THANK YOU TO THE VOLUNTEERS 🙏🏻 this day doesn’t happen without these guys, they are a very important cog that turns this machine so again thank you 🙏🏻

The goal is always to get better 👊🏻💥

The plan currently in place I’m mega happy with that we will be smashing some new PBs come the end of the year both in singles and in doubles.

Few things to look forward too

(In this particular order)

1- June Family holiday 🤩

2- July Looking to finish the year strong on both Hybrid X racing, which is coming in hot 6th of July which is 6 weeks this Saturday. Then also one more race date this year which is to be decided. 🙊

3- September we have our second baby girl and my 4th child 😍

4- Then on a personal training at the back end of the year we have Brum and Ireland Hyrox currently to look forward too as of now 👊🏻💥
