On the 11 February 1762 Jean Hamon married Esther Valpy dit Janvrin in Jersey. Jean and Esther were 1st Cousins. (His Father and her Mother were siblings) so my 6th generation Ancestors are duplicated and I have less relatives. Do you wonder about yours?!? 😀

25th October 1415 the painting shows us Henry V's Victory at the Battle of Agincourt. To your ancestors this was current affairs and they may have been there too!

Fraudulent Marriage 1761 Shapwick Dorset.
Richard tried to marry his late wife's niece Susannah on the 27/28th April at Whitechurch, Dorset by licence who then was delivered of a baby a few days later, presumably Richard was the father.
