🌟Zoom classes start back today with our Monday night slot at 7:15pm. Make sure you bring a warm blanket with you and cosy socks!

🌟In person classes in Colwyn Bay & Old Colwyn start back tomorrow - weather permitting! 🤞

This work involves slowing down, paying attention and giving our bodies a chance to unwind deep tension patterns.

I'm always amazed at the difference afterwards - it shows in people's faces.

You are invited to join me in meditation practice, or your own silent yoga/movement practice in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Rooting ourselves in grounded practice, turning inwards towards that which sustains us in the darkest of times.

Offering our presence, awareness and support to those who are suffering beyond our imagining.

Honouring our shared humanity.

🙌 Starting from next Tuesday 30th Sep we will have TWO classes per week in Old Colwyn.

(Please note No Class on the first Tues of each month!!)

▶️ The Tues Class will happen in the smaller Cadwgan Hall, with entrance on the right hand side of the building.

🥰 This class is open to complete beginners as well as yogis with some experience.
