👉A few changes to the timetable this week - I won't be teaching the Colwyn Bay leisure centre class on Thursday afternoon and no Old Colwyn class on Thursday evening.

✅ All other classes as normal!

I had a migraine this morning and decided to lie on my yoga mat outside. I was trying out some tiny micro movements to see what my body was asking for, when Junior arrived as a headache support cat - wrapping himself around my head.. 🥰

I'm feeling a bit better now and wanted to let you know that a spot has opened up on our retreat in a few weeks time, after someone sadly had to pull out. Does this spot have your name on it?!
