One of the things I rarely speak about is my interest in herbs and natural remedies, with the Master Herbalist Diploma I can prepare and share tinctures, essences, remedies and give herbal advice.
I am not currently registered with the CMA (The Complementary Medical Association) as a practitioner but can be ..
Another one of those things I haven't gotten round to yet 🤦‍♀️

Thoughts for today..
I just heard some beautiful music claiming that these frequencies should be felt in a particular area and is cleansing your xyz chakra's ..
Well here's the thing as individuals nothing is a cookie cutter, no frequency of sound or colour works in the same way for everyone.. .
Just like our skin tones are different so are our tones on every level....
Not all colours suit everyone and not all frequencies of sound fit precisely either..
There are no cookie cutters it is not all This way and we are not all made up the same

We are ALL unique..
In my experience tones may resonate in an entirely different place depending on your pitch and your own scale it may start at an F, a G or a C no thing is 'standard' .
If you want to know what colour clothes suit you, you'd look at colour analysis and see it in the mirror for yourself..
Why then do we accept that red is main colour of the base chakra?
When in fact it could be seen as yellow, blue or green depending on your individual colouring and your own chromatic scale..
Is this just a narrative to get everyone in the same box ?
Creating in the frequency bands of the same dimensions ?
Advice for self inquiry ..
Don't take anyone else's narrative as 'Gospel' and think their is something wrong with you if you don't fit the standard model.. Imo None of us do ..
You are Unique
Just like colour analysis based on your skin tone, eye & hair colour..
Discover your own best tones for yourself..
Where on the musical scale do you feel a C, F # D resonate within you?
What place on the scale do you begin C1, C2, C3?
What is your base note ?
What colour tones are a match ?
Look for the same tone .. eg for green is it emerald, leaf green or peridot ?
What are your individual tones all the way up/down ?
That is Your Own chromatic scale,

How I Can Help You ?
When I speak of healing or clearing what do I mean?
I do not use these terms in the same way as many others in the 'spiritual community'
To me at your core/essence you are perfect.
There is nothing wrong with you and nothing that needs to be 'healed'.

What does need attention are all the patterns,programs,false beliefs,
life overlays, trauma, and others dialogue or opinions...
Everything that takes you away from being YOU.
I call these Blocks because they are blocking You from accepting your own divinity
And Being Your Unique Self.
