Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to walk into your very own Narina? A space thats so full of peace, calm and compassion that it almost feels unreal. This is Santosha wellbeing centre in the Heart of Oxfordshire, Lisa and the Santosha tribe come together to offer many different experiences from Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Riki, Massage. Workshops and Talks on various subjects, all to guide you through life and find the peace within what can often be a storm without. We also have Teas, coffee, juices, smoothies and other lite healthy nibbles for your visit. Imagine if you will a space where you walk through the door and feel your shoulders drop, you jaw relax, your mind peaceful... This is Santosha Wellbeing Centre.

Never could have imagined I would feel this way today…..ao I am loud and proud to be saying I’m 40 today and LOVE IT!!! Ao much life still ahead, more me than ever before, healthier than I’ve been for most of my 30s! More alive!! Yesssss ✨💃🏻🔥 can’t wait to see what life has coming in the next decade!

Matching the seasons…. No longer will I perform and go against nature. My true nature! I had a peaceful time going inwards recently and letting go….yes there was pain, sadness, anger as it moved through but it was held, cared for!
