Volunteers needed - one hour a week on Tuesdays in Holmes Chapel.

Cheshire East Council would like to set up an IT project at Holmes Chapel Library on a Tuesday, which will help people to use their smartphones and tablets.

This could be anything from sending text messages, emails, online banking, attaching documents, photos, downloading apps, online shopping … anything at all!

They would like to run one drop-in session per month which would last an hour, but to do this we need some volunteers who have good experience with IT and using smartphones and tablets.

🎬 Free online live exercise classes launch for Cheshire East residents to access at home

We are delighted to share from 15th July we will be providing a free online exercise programme called Recondition Cheshire East, for residents who are unable to access in-person exercise classes and activities.

The live online exercise classes are low intensity, open to Cheshire East residents, 18 years plus, who have recently been discharged from hospital after a long stay, had a fall, housebound, have poor mobility and balance, limited access to transport or needing specialist exercise therapy support.
