When your mind is really focus on what you want to achieve then there’s nothing stopping you! 💪 That’s exactly what was like and now she’s lost an amazing 5 stone 4lbs with The 1:1 Diet 🙌💜

“I started working on cruise ships in 2021 and gained 4.5 stone. I found my uniform no longer fitting me, didn’t want to go out with the team as I was so uncomfortable with how I looked. Then a comment about my weight came from a senior doctor, so that and along with suffering chest and back pains I knew something had to change.

I found my Consultant Natalie and started on Plan the week before Christmas on Step 1A. I was so desperate to get the weight off that I stuck to it and was over the moon to have lost 1 stone in only 3 weeks! I then moved to Step 3 and went back to work on the ship for another 14 weeks. By the end of the contract I had lost 3 stone. I finally got to my goal weight in November 2023 whilst enjoying holidays and nights out.

The 1:1 Diet really made me change my mindset around food and bettered my understanding and knowledge around the foods I could and couldn’t eat due to having limited calories. I absolutely love The 1:1 Diet products and even have them now to help maintain my weight!”

3 years on and I’m still maintaining my weightloss.
The way I feel about myself has had a huge effect on all aspects of my life and I’m still enjoying the benefits now 🎄
