I highly recommend the CBD massage I do (read the reviews on here and google) especially this time of the year. We go from hot to cold and get head cold, tired and achey or maybe you have some niggles? Also very good if you have fibro 💆‍♀️❤ this is available on it's own or in the odd package just enquire
