🌳 So I have been very quiet on here the last few weeks. I’ve taken some time out to be with my little family and we’ve been so lucky to have a very long break away this summer.

🌳We started in Dorset in our van at campbestival, then into a beautiful apartment Devon and then two weeks in Cornwall in the place that always has our heart (not in the van).

🌳 We are now on our last couple of days before we head home and are so ready to get home but sad for such a magical time coming to an end.

🌳 I am back to work next week 27th, 28th and 30th. I do have a couple of spaces left, you can book online at https://aveawellbeing.co.uk/treatments/ or DM me.

✨After a magical four weeks off with my little people, I am back in the centre tomorrow!

🙏🏻 It has most definitely been a wonderful time with my family and I’m so grateful to be able to have this time with them. I am indeed ready for a gear change and so looking forward to getting back to work.

🗓️ My diary is currently fully booked for this week and next week. If you’d like to be placed onto my cancellation list please let me know.

🍂New Autumn Dates

The Autumn diary is now open, open through until the end of November. There is limited availability and I’d like you to have the first choice.

New days have been added! You will notice that there are some more days now available. As my youngest is starting school in September I am now able to work more. Here are the dates and hours I will be working:

Tuesdays - 08:00am-4:30pm
Thursdays - 12:00pm-3:00pm
Saturdays - 08:00am-7:00pm

I promise I am not wishing this wonderful Summer away already by talking about Autumn already ;-), but a lot of you have been asking when the Autumn dates will be available so I thought I’d better get organised.
