Over the last three months we have been seeing some changes here at Heliosa, not least of which is welcoming our new Home Manager Jo Bowerbank.
Jo is a very experienced Manager, who has worked in all types of different settings. She is especially proficient at implementing positive change, and has a very exciting vision for Heliosa's staff and residents.
Jo is especially keen that we make Heliosa a dementia friendly environment, and amongst other things, she has been working hard to bring this into action while being sympathetic to Heliosa's unique environment.
