Working from her home clinic Ali is a licensed TCM Acupuncturist, this includes therapies such as: acupuncture, tuina medical massage, cupping, gua sha (body and face) and hot stones massage. Treatments for:

Exciting news!

From July Ali will have appointment availability three times a week.

Appointments will be available on:
Monday 9am-3pm
Tuesday 9am-3pm
Thursday 9am-3pm

And are available for acupuncture, cupping and gua sha.

Waking at 2am and not able to get back to sleep?

Your body could be trying to tell you something!

In Chinese Medicine there is a clock of when each organ is the most active! Waking in at these times (or having no energy in day) can be an indication that the active organ is unbalanced.

2am is Liver o'clock, relating to emotion of anger.

I didn't have time to do a full treatment today so I have put in some ear needles and even managed to fit in a nice qigong routine to balance my energy internally, without the needles.

It's also a nice quiet 15 min stretch for a busy mum!
