Automatic Medicine Ordering Service
At West Street Pharmacy, we offer an Automatic Medicine Ordering Service for patients who find it difficult to request their medication through the usual methods, helping prevent missed doses, keeping treatments on track, and supporting better medicine compliance
For everyone else, we encourage patient-led ordering as it helps reduce medicine waste and keeps you in control of your prescriptions

This service is designed for patients who struggle to order their medicines or often forget, leading to missed doses.
If you’re able to manage your own ordering, we recommend continuing to do so.
How it Works:
You tell us which medicines you’d like us to order.
We order them for you every set interval (usually every 28 or 56 days).
You let us know if anything changes, such as your medicines, doses, or regimen or if you want to stop ordering a medicine, so we can keep your record accurate.
