Kindness doesn't have to be grand or complicated, often, it is the quiet, thoughtful gestures that help people feel noticed and valued, so here are some ideas to spread some happiness...

☕Pay for the coffee or lunch of the person behind you in a queue who you think would appreciate a pick-me-up
🛍️ Offer to pick something up from the shop or run a small errand for someone
👋 Check in on someone who has been quiet or less visible recently
🩶 Offer a sincere compliment, especially one that recognises effort rather than appearance
🤗 Ask, “Would you like company?” if you think they'd appreciate it
💬Invite someone for a walk or a chat, even for a short time
