Massaging at the RTTC National 50 miles TT championship. Well done to all the cyclists here today who braved the 50 miles in some really quick times! And lovely to see old friends from Congleton Cycling Club again whose expert skills made this a great event 😍

I have received updated guidance from the STO stating that I can reopen the clinic throughout this lockdown and work under the stringent conditions applied during the November / December lockdown. Part of the rationale for this is that treatment provided by Level 4 and 5 Clinical Sports Massage Therapists takes strain off the NHS by providing pain relief, helping with mental health and insomnia, and restoring movement, which enables you to carry on with your essential work and caring duties.

I will be in touch with everyone who had an appointment booked and thank you for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my business this crazy year. Back in June I wondered if my business and others like it could ever be the same again, I wondered if, as a society we would become solitary, fearful, avoiding any human contact, but actually no, Covid 19 hasn't squashed the human spirit one bit 💙👐💙

If like me you have to use disposable face-covers, cut off the strings after use, so that if your waste ends up where it shouldn't . . . wildlife won't now get caught up in them. But more importantly, be careful not to drop these in the countryside, where they won't biodegrade. I know it's only a small thing, but lots of small things add up to a big thing 💚
