Come along and get creative with our Wellbeing Team as you build your very own Calm Kit to take home.

This session is designed for parents and young people to enjoy together and is suitable for ages 8+.

Activities include:
🧡Making a fidget bracelet or keyring
🧡Creating a personalised stress ball
🧡Designing positive affirmation postcards

These calming resources will help support big emotions during stressful moments.

Of 625 young people Visyon worked one-to-one with last year...

🧡70% had a cause for concern logged with our Safeguarding Team
🧡34% had historically self-harmed
🧡22% were currently self-harming
🧡28% had suicidal thoughts
