Thursday Yoga X-Ray Class at the Town Hall in Congleton.

As this is our first year with this charity class, we couldn’t get availability on all weeks from the Town Hall.

The dates for June 2023 are :
Thursday 1st, 8th, 15th & 29th.

Dates for each month will be posted here the preceding month.

All you need is a yoga mat & £7. Class starts 7.15pm.

See you all in June.

Four years ago I met a very special person. She had a dream, to spread her special brand of therapy to help as many people as possible.
I also had a dream, to represent my country in the sport I loved, to qualify and participate at the highest level.
I immediately realised the benefits of this wonderful therapy and it has helped me avoid injury, train harder and push through barriers I once thought impossible.
Now, having battled through setbacks and the pandemic, trying to get the salon going, I am pleased that her dream is now a reality and that Body & Mind MOT 65 is now fully open, offering this unique therapy to help those who need it.

Great to be open again at last. We spent last weekend getting the Salon ready and it’s looking better than ever.
Good to see so many returning customers yesterday on our first day.
Open as usual Monday to Saturday 10.00 - 19.00.

Unfortunately Congleton moves into Tier 4 from midnight on 30th December and the salon will be closed until further notice.
