We’ll begin with a welcoming arrival hot cacao drink before flowing into a nourishing yoga practice designed to reset your entire body and mind. 🧘‍♀️💫

🌿 If the sun is shining, we’ll practice outdoors with the most stunning views.
🌧 And if it rains, don’t worry — we’ll move into the beautiful studio space underneath, so it’s a win either way!

🌿 A little update from me & WILD & WILD… 🌿

Some of you may remember me from the WILD & WILD café in Congleton, which I ran for 6 years. That space gave me so much joy – it was all about community, connection and wellness.

After losing my biggest inspiration – my beautiful mum, Dawn Gibbins MBE – I realised life is too short not to follow your true purpose. After having my 4th baby I closed the wellness café and took a leap into running events, retreats and Womens Events + Networking full-time.

✨ What we do:
WILD & WILD is here to help women thrive in life, business and wellness. From yoga retreats to business growth days, nature networking events to our huge Summits, everything is designed to boost confidence, wellbeing and connection.

✨ What’s happened so far:
In just 2 years we’ve grown rapidly – with events now running across Cheshire, Staffordshire, and very soon Chester & North Wales. We’ve built an amazing network of women and it’s been so humbling to see how much people are craving spaces like this.
