Congleton Iyengar Yoga Centre The Centre is conveniently located in the centre of Congleton near to the Leisure Centre.

The spacious ground floor studio (80 sq m) is conveniently located in the centre of Congleton near to the Leisure Centre. Classes to suit all levels are taught by Christina Niewola who has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 1977 and teaching for over 30 years. Christina is an approved Iyengar Yoga teacher trainer and began training Iyengar Yoga introductory level teachers in 2009.

Our annual “Nativity themed” class and a farewell Party We would love you to join us to celebrate over 15 years of CIYC.
