I've definitely seen improvements over the years with my clients who have 'acne prone' skin when I've recommended that they reduce the amount of refined sugars in their diet.

However, the idea of skin looking more youthful by eating less sugar is an interesting one.

Who is willing to put this to the test? Results are apparently visible within 72 hours....
