We don’t use the body to get into a pose. We use the pose to get into the body.

The yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on your head is not the goal.

The goal is to create space where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are.
The goal is to love, well……you.

The light you are seeking, is already within you. You hold the light of millions of stars inside your own beating heart. Stardust runs through your veins and comets shine through your eyes.

Your light is simply made of the you-ness that makes you you!

My love, no one can dull your spark because it comes from within you, it’s yours!

Your spark comes from being wildly yourself; it comes from accepting yourself-strengths and flaws and all.

It lights up every room you walk into whether you activate it or not. What a wonderful thing!

• move in silence

• be picky about who you let around you

• work towards a goal

• decide and enforce your boundaries

• actions over words

• allow yourself to feel your feelings but then let them pass

• focus on what you are doing now

• learn how to use your traits and skills effectively

• tell yourself postive affirmations

✨I really hope you know how incredible you are ✨

Because you’ve been through some really hard things in your life that you didn’t ask to go through it and no one deserves to go through.

You’ve been treated poorly, kicked while you’re down, faced with obstacle after obstacle.

And you didn’t stop going, you keep handling sh*t.

You kept putting a smile on your face even on days that you didn’t want to.

You kept breathing on days that it probably felt easier to just stop and you made it through to the other side.

Even if you’ve not made it through to the other side yet, and you’re still in the middle of it, you’ve not stopped going.

You’re still here and You’re not quiting.

And one day even though you may not see it or believe me now.

You’ll look back on that hard season of your life & realize that you made it through & that is something to be so proud of.

You have an amazing life ahead of you. Don’t give up
Don’t stop going.

And if you’re having a hard time feeling proud of yourself for where you’re at the moment..

I will be back on the mat today after my little Easter break. Very much looking forward to seeing my yoga family to co-create some Monday magic! ✨

Everything boils down to choice.
We exist in a field of infinite possibilities.
Every choice we make shuts an infinite number of doors and opens an infinite number of doors.
At any point we can change the direction of our lives by a simple choice.
It is all in our hands, our hearts, and our minds.

The 3 C’s in life:
choice, chance, change.
You must make the choice, to take the chance, if you want anything in life to change.

✨ INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY - MY OFFERING TO YOU - UPLIFT, RAISE & EMPOWER COMPLIMENTARY 45 MINS RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA ✨

On Tuesday 5th March 8.00-8.45pm, I would like to offer to my yogis NEW AND CURRENT to a very special practice to celebrate and to show my gratitude to all the wonderful women this world holds. IWD is on Friday but as I am unavailable then, I would like to give my offering tomorrow, which has become a yearly tradition over the last 4 years💗

The theme for this session is to UPLIFT ✨ RAISE ✨ EMPOWER ✨ and will be held via zoom with my compliments.

We will start with a mindful meditation as we collectively vibrate higher and empower one another, then end with yin and relaxation to restore and unwind, something as busy women we sometimes find so hard to make the time to do.

✨A STRONG WOMEN IS SOMEONE WHO RAISES OTHER WOMEN UP INSTEAD OF TEARING THEM DOWN✨

✨ Difficulty calls us to rise up….And in that rising, we learn what we are capable of! ✨

I’ve heard so many people since the start of the year talk about the pressures that a new year brings and the expectations that they feel are on them, so here’s some little reminders that you may find helpful:

1. It’s only temporary. Whatever you are going through it will not last forever.

2. You are not crazy. When you start to feel like you’re not in control, you are not crazy you are dealing with a large range of emotions.

3. It’s okay to not be okay. Life is hard right now. That is okay.
You don’t have to pretend otherwise. It is perfectly okay to not be okay.

4. Do not worry about what other people think of you. Do not let what other people think of you stop you from doing what is best for you. We tend to care more about what other people think rather than what actually makes us the happiest.
Do what YOU need.

5. It’s not about being perfect or comparing ourselves to others. It’s about finding what works best for our unique bodies and making choices that prioritize our health and well-being. So, if you’re someone who’s struggling to achieve your health goals, remember that it’s not just genetics, it’s about making a commitment to caring for yourself in a way that feels sustainable and fulfilling. For me personally, I focus on the exercises and foods that make me feel good from the inside out. The physical result is just a bonus!

Let your alignment be first and foremost, and let everything else be secondary. And not only will you have an eternally joyous journey, but everything you have ever imagined will flow effortlessly into your experience.

There is nothing you cannot be or do or have-but your dominant intent is to be joyful. The doing and the having will come into alignment once you get that one down✨
